What it costs to apply

  • Course tuition: varies by institution and course (we share real numbers up front).
  • Visa fees: paid directly to the Australian Government.
  • Health cover (OSHC): required for the duration of your visa.
  • Umoja's counselling: free for students — we're paid by partner institutions, not by you. No hidden fees, ever.

  • Valid passport
  • Academic transcripts and certificates
  • English test results (IELTS, PTE or equivalent)
  • Evidence of funds (bank statements or sponsor letter)
  • CV or work history (for mature-age students)
  • Passport-style photo
